Mindfulness allows us to be more fully present.

We become more aware and engaged with our intuition and instincts, our internal compass.

 

When we are mindful, we are more conscious of our thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and surroundings. We have greater control over our responses and make better decisions.

 

How? Enhanced awareness reduces stress, improves clarity and focus shifting the decision-making process to a more thoughtful, cognitive exercise rather than an impulsive reaction.
