I have always been fascinated with human behavior – the underpinnings of what we think, say, and do- and believe that the questions we ask are what direct our lives.
My life transformed when I learned to take responsibility for everything in it. I discovered that shifting the inquiry to the here-and-now, present moment and vision ahead has the power to rewrite our narrative and redirect our course. Our past experience does not define our lives; our choices, attitude, and actions do.
My practice and passion is to help others embrace this understanding to experience the love they want and create more fulfilled, aligned lives.

A HOLISTIC APPROACH
To create lasting change, it is important to address the whole being; from lifestyle factors including diet, sleep, activity, and external stressors to internal processes like emotional regulation, habitual thoughts, fears, and underlying belief systems. When viewed collectively, inter-connective patterns emerge and adjustments in one area can positively affect all others, like a domino effect. Together, we’ll explore tools to institute paradigm shifts in thought and attitude.
